Privacy policy

What we store: your email, name and company (from your Google account), an encrypted copy of your Wafeq account's API key with the organization name Wafeq returned when it was verified, and a counter of saved documents (operation type and time only).

What we do not store: invoice content. It passes through our server to Wafeq and is neither saved nor logged. We hold no passwords; sign-in is through Google.

Where data is processed: on our hosting provider Render's servers outside Saudi Arabia and the UAE, under contractual safeguards. Invoice images you send to Claude or ChatGPT are processed by that app under its own policies.

Your rights: delete the key or the account at any time from the Account page; deletion removes the key and personal data immediately. Questions or a copy of your data: sales@mea-is.com.
